Running “accessible” music events means keeping ticket prices low enough to be affordable by a wide section of the public. They should be cheap enough that someone who wants to try a particular type of music for the first time will not be put off by the cost. This involves keeping costs to a minimum – and our performers are very supportive – but also relying heavily on the generosity of those in our audience who can afford a little more.
